POLICIES
We want every visit to be a great experience — clear policies help us take care of you and our team consistently and fairly. Please review the following before your appointment.
Appointment Policy
We encourage you to schedule at least two weeks in advance, or at the end of your appointment, to reserve the most convenient time for your schedule.
Out of respect for all of our clients and staff, please note the following:
- Arriving late reduces your treatment time. Your appointment will end at its scheduled time and the full treatment cost applies.
- If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled. Cancellation fees apply in this case (see Cancellation Policy below).
- We will always do our best to complete your treatment in the remaining time, but reserve the right to reschedule if quality would be compromised or other clients would be affected.
Cancellation Policy
A credit card is securely kept on file for every client. Cancellations made with 24 or more hours notice are never charged a fee.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to the following fees:
- 15–30 minute appointments: $50 cancellation fee
- 45–60 minute appointments: $100 cancellation fee
- 60+ minute appointments: $200 cancellation fee
These fees help us fairly compensate our staff and maintain availability for all clients.
Clients with three or more late cancellations or no-shows will be required to submit a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking:
- 30-minute appointments: $150 deposit
- 60-minute appointments: $300 deposit
This deposit can be applied toward services or products at that appointment. If 24+ hours notice is given, the deposit rolls to your next scheduled visit. If less than 24 hours notice is given, the deposit is forfeited.
By scheduling an appointment, you agree to our cancellation policy.
Payment Policy
Because our practice is limited to elective aesthetic medicine, we do not bill insurance. Payment is due at the time of service. All packages must be paid in full at the time of the first treatment.
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, and Cherry. Cherry offers a range of monthly payment plans, with some options qualifying for 0% APR.
Package Policy
All packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase and are non-refundable. Package services expire 18 months from the date of purchase. Unused services remaining at expiration are forfeited and non-refundable.
Refund Policy
Services
All services are final sale. We do not offer refunds or credits for services rendered, including but not limited to: Botox®/Dysport®, Daxxify®, dermal fillers, Sculptra®, Kybella®, PRF, BBL™, Moxi™, Halo™, CoolSculpting, microneedling, facials, and other treatments. Aesthetic results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for the cost of any additional treatments needed to achieve further results.
Products
We do not offer refunds on products. The following limited exceptions apply:
- Documented adverse reaction: Unopened products may be returned for in-store credit within 14 days of purchase.
- Defective product (e.g., broken pump): The same product may be exchanged within 14 days. No credit or refund is issued.
Opened products are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Gift Cards & Promotions
Gift certificates and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuities.
Limit one Amélie promotion per service, per day. Amélie-sponsored discounts and promotions may not be combined.
The Amélie Promise
We are an outcome-focused practice. Your results — and the confidence they bring — are our highest priority. All package pricing includes the following guarantees:
- Botox®/Dysport®/Daxxify®: We treat with the FDA-recommended amount of product. Free touch-ups are included for 21 days following your appointment for the areas originally treated only.
- Dermal Fillers: All package pricing includes up to 0.1ml of complimentary touch-up filler within 21 days post-injection, if any perfecting is needed.
- CoolSculpting: All CoolSculpting treatments must be completed within 150 days of purchase. Results are not guaranteed and may vary significantly from person to person.
Outside of the above, results are not guaranteed and may vary significantly from person to person.
Aesthetic Procedure Results Disclaimer
Aesthetic procedure results vary significantly between patients. Every patient is unique, and every treatment involves many variables. No two procedures will yield identical results, even among patients with similar body types or appearance.
It is important that each patient fully understands that results cannot be guaranteed. Please address any questions or concerns with the Amélie team during your initial consultation and before any procedure or treatment is performed.
Membership Policy
Membership benefits are non-transferable and may not be shared. Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated. Membership payments hold no cash value and cannot be cashed out. Members may pause and restart their membership up to 3 times per calendar year.
Policy Agreement
By scheduling an appointment, purchasing services, or receiving treatment at Amélie Specialized Aesthetics, clients acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined above.
