Tate Bates, RN, BSN is a registered nurse with a strong clinical background and a genuine passion for aesthetics. After completing an accelerated nursing program at Herzing University, Tate began building her clinical expertise at the University of Wisconsin Hospital, where she worked as a Medical-Surgical RN before expanding her experience into Oncology.
Working closely with patients who have complex and intricate care plans has shaped Tate’s refined attention to precision and individualized aesthetic care. Her patient-centered approach allows her to create a thoughtful and personalized experience, taking the time to understand each client’s unique goals, features, and vision for their aesthetic journey.
