I’ve spent the past 17 years as a general manager, building teams, solving problems, and creating environments where both people and businesses thrive. Leadership isn’t just what I do—it’s who I am. I take pride in bringing out the best in others and keeping things running smoothly, no matter what the day throws my way.

I’m a Portland native through and through, deeply connected to the energy and character of this city. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me enjoying a good happy hour on a patio—there’s nothing better than great conversation, fresh air, and a well-earned drink.

Family is at the center of everything I do. I’m especially proud of my son, an Oregon Duck, and all the dedication and hard work that represents.

I also have a real passion for aesthetics and helping people look and feel their best. Whether it’s through style, presentation, or creating a welcoming atmosphere, I believe confidence starts with how you see yourself—and I love being part of that transformation.
